After dealing with the home warranty and service provider they sent, it was the typical warranty claims mess that resulted in me leaving 10 voicemails for the warranty rep and 5 to the service provider while being without heat for weeks. I asked Joe for help and he jumped right on it and got in touch with his contacts at the company and everything was sorted out and working within a week of asking Joe for help. I could not be more grateful that I chose Joe. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell, he is upfront, honest, transparent, and most importantly available.
