I cannot recommend Joe enough - he was an AMAZING realtor, especially considering this was our first home buying experience. We knew almost nothing going into it and were super nervous, but Joe went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and answered all our questions throughout the process. He was detail oriented, flexible, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I felt satisfied when leaving each home we saw because I knew we checked every important aspect of the home, especially the foundation/utilities - Joe was extra knowledgeable about this which I found very helpful because I feel like they are some things other buyers may easily pass up or not know enough about to make a judgement on. In the end, I would recommend Joe to anyone, especially new home buyers, and we will be using him for any of our future needs.
